Damaged or Defective Items

If your poster or tote bag was damaged in transit, or if there is a printing error, we will gladly replace it free of charge! Please send us an email at hello@lud-art.com with a clear photo of the damage within 14 days of receiving your item, and we will arrange for a replacement immediately.

Right of Withdrawal (Returns for other reasons)

If you simply change your mind, you have the right to return the item within 14 days of receiving it. Please note that because our products are printed on demand, you are responsible for covering the return shipping costs. The item must be returned unused and in its original packaging to:
