Welcome to lud-art! These terms apply to all purchases made from our online store.

Parties

The seller is Ulpro Invest AS (operating as lud-art), Ansgar Sørlies Vei 9, 0576 Oslo, email: hello@lud-art.com, hereinafter referred to as 'the seller' or 'we'. The buyer is the consumer making the purchase, hereinafter referred to as 'the buyer' or 'you'.

Prices and Payment

All prices are listed in NOK and include VAT where applicable. We offer secure payment processing via Stripe. The order amount is reserved upon checkout and charged when your item goes into production.

Production (Print-on-demand)

Our products are made specifically for you after your order is placed. This is a more sustainable approach, as we avoid overproduction. Production normally starts within 24 hours of receiving your order.

We only process personal data that you provide to us and that is necessary to fulfill our obligations to you. Please see our Privacy Policy for more information.
